HTML5 Game Licensing, Explained

Two one-time licenses per game, no royalties: Standard for one product, Extended for client work and portals.

These are draft terms for review. Final contract language is published with the paid beta, and nothing here is a legal agreement yet. Each order stores the exact policy version it was sold under.

Every license

All licenses are non-exclusive with no royalties. You may edit and brand within scope. You may not resell or publicly upload the source or assets, and mandatory third-party notices must stay in place.

Your rights don't expire. Downloads of the versions you're entitled to stay available while the store operates, but keep your own backups. Upgrading scope later credits what you paid, and we never broaden rights silently.

Bought a Single Project, Agency or Publisher license earlier? It keeps the terms it was sold under; your library shows them.

Need more than five products, more than three portal domains, syndication or exclusivity? Ask for a written quote. We don't offer exclusivity on games that are already sold non-exclusively. Publishers · Agencies · Pricing
