How an exclusive game works

- We review it within 5 business days and accept it into a monthly slot, or decline it with a reason.
- If accepted, pay within 14 days to confirm. Nothing is charged before that.
- We build it and deliver it within 3 days of payment. If we miss that, we refund you in full.
