Customize it
Recipe: rebrand in an afternoon
- Replace the icon and the store art in public/media/.
- Change the title and description in public/game.json.
- Adjust colours and fonts in the game's UI code (the README shows where), then run pnpm build.
- Upload the game's dist/ folder to any static host.
Known limitations
- Tested in Chromium-based browsers so far; the Firefox, Safari and mobile browser runs are scheduled before public launch.
- Single-player only. There is no online multiplayer.
- Progress is saved in the browser. There is no cloud save or account system.
- Analytics is an adapter you connect to your own provider. No ad network is integrated.
- Demos run in your browser and their JavaScript is inspectable. The license protects the source archive, not secrecy of the playable build.
Changelog
- 1.0.0 31 Oct 2026 — Initial commercial release.
Support and refunds
Integration and bug support for 6 months, updates for 12 months. Defective or misdescribed files are refunded.
Draft policy — final terms are published before launch.
How games like this are built
- HTML5 Game Physics: Engines, 2D Collision Basics and a Tutorial Compare HTML5 game physics engines like Matter.js, Planck.js, Phaser Box2D and Rapier, code 2D collisions from scratch and see how slingshot games work.
- Phaser Tutorial: Make Your First HTML5 Game with Phaser 4 A step-by-step Phaser 4 tutorial for beginners: set up Vite and TypeScript, build a complete catch-the-stars game with touch and keyboard controls, and ship it.
- How to Edit an HTML5 Game: Reskin, Rebalance and Rebrand It Edit an HTML5 game you have the source for: change JSON data, colours, art and text, add languages, rename it, then rebuild, test and deploy the static build.
